H.E. Ambassador Huang Xingyuan and Senator the Honourable, Dr. Bhoendradatt Tewarie, Minister of Planning and Sustainable Development, met on September 2, 2013.

Both sides highly commented President Xi Jinping's historic visit to Trinidad and Tobago for advancing ties between the two countries.

The Ambassador and the Minister also pledged to actively expand cooperation in such sectors as planning and bilateral technology collaboration.
