In order to facilitate visiting to China, the following adjustments to visa application and policy of entry to China will be effective from 0:00 on March 15, 2023, Beijing time.

1. Unexpired Chinese visa issued before March 28, 2020 will be reactivated.

2. The Chinese Embassy in Trinidad and Tobago will accept all types of visa application, including those for tourism and medical affairs. Please refer to Notice on Visa Application Requirements for detailed instruction.

3. Port visa authorities will resume the view and issue of all types of port visas.  

4. Visa-free entry policies to Hainan, Shanghai (foreign cruise groups only), Guangdong (foreign tour groups from Hong Kong or Macao SAR only) and Guilin, Guangxi (foreign tour groups of ASEAN countries only) will be reactivated.
